This is a gentle, grounded space to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.
I work through co-regulation.
That means I offer steady presence, deep listening, and breath-led grounding so you don’t have to navigate things alone. I love being a sounding board, someone who can help you slow down, come back into your body, and make sense of what you’re feeling without rushing to fix it.
From there, we gently look at your current situation together and find a grounded way forward emotionally, practically, and at your own pace. I also love to recommend holistic approaches during or post our time together.
The Emotional Reset Call is a 60-minute private session designed to support emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and internal steadiness during times of overwhelm, transition, or emotional fatigue.
This is not therapy, coaching, or medical treatment. It is a deeply human, present-moment experience rooted in listening, breath work, and productive guidance.
Together, we slow the pace, settle your body, and create space for what you’re carrying without needing to fix, analyze, or push anything away. Sometimes we just need someone to “feel it through” with.
Many people come to this session feeling overstimulated, emotionally heavy, confused, or disconnected from themselves. What we do instead is return you to a sense of internal orientation, safety, and clarity.
